At Girlify, we want every order to arrive in good condition and as expected. Please review our return conditions before making a purchase.
1. Reporting an Issue
All issues involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to support@girlify.shop within 72 hours of delivery.
Your email must include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.
2. Return Approval
All return requests must be reviewed and approved by Girlify before an item is sent back. Items must not be returned without our instructions.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not automatic. An item must be reviewed and the claim approved before a refund is issued. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
4. Change-of-Mind Returns
